Our employees can also use the campervans as a mobile home office from time to time, independent of job-related stays, and thus combine their work with private leisure time or even family trips.
When recruiting new employees, we have been relying on junior staff from our own school for years. Working students are fully integrated into the company and the project business, so that they have extensive opportunities for development and can grow into different areas.
